Firstly, after your first set, make sure to schedule regular appointments to keep your natural lashes healthy. Secondly, don't forget to clean your lashes twice a day - this will keep your eyes and extensions sparkling clean. Thirdly, when you go to bed, make sure to sleep on your back or side so your lashes don't get rubbed off on your pillow. And lastly, remember to keep your hands off - no eye rubbing or picking of the lashes, as this can damage your natural lashes and cause them to come out too soon. Also, steer clear of oils, as they can break down the bond between the extension and natural lash. Follow these tips, and you'll have lashes that will leave everyone envious!"

Hey there! We're so excited to have you join us for your appointment. Before you book, make sure to take a quick peek at our shop policies. We're a service-based business, so showing up on time and letting us know if you can't make it is super important. If you need to cancel, just give us a heads up at least 48 hours before and we'll make sure to fill the spot. If you cancel 24 hours before, it's a 50% fee, and if it's 12 hours or less, it's 100% of the service. If something comes up on our end, we'll make it up to you with a discount on your next appointment.

We value punctuality and want to make the most of your appointment time, so please arrive 5-7 minutes early. This will give you enough time to freshen up and silence your phone. We understand things come up, but please remember, this is how we make a living and support our families. Thanks for understanding and respecting our policies!"
